I turn back your captivity

for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD. - Zephaniah 3:20

God tells you today that He will deliver you from bondage. He will also make you famous and high. Bondage is the state of slavery. Israelites were capture many times and lived in slavery because they did not obey the word of God. During the bondage they were treated shamefully, afflicted, were laughed at and depressed. When they were depressed they cried towards God. God heard their cry and release them from bondage. Today you and your family are in the same situation. It may not be due to physical bondage, but could be spiritual. Even though they knew God some of them are still slave to sinful habits. You wish to relieve from such bondage but could not be deliver from your own efforts. Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.(Jn 8:34). For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.(Titus 3:3). Today God reverses your bondage. Jesus Christ had special anointing of delivering the people from bondage. The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.(Isa 61:1-3).

Our good Lord Jesus Christ is able to change your bondage. The word was delivered from His mouth and it made the darkness in to brightness. Today God’s word is going to change your bondage and bring you fame and praise. Beloved, earlier you were under the bondage of Satan. God is anointing you with the Holy Spirit and truth, so that you do not revert back to Satan. Holy Spirit broke the yoke of slavery. You mighty have received Holy Spirit, but you are not filled with Holy Spirit all times. Therefore you are under bondage. Before you enter the state of sin the Holy Spirit warns about sin, about the judgment and reprimands you. Then you will get away form sin and win over sin. You will filled with joy. Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: (Jn 16:7-8). God has given the truth of His word. The truth will deliver you. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.(Jn 8:32). Word of God is truth. You must know it and walk accordingly. Through Moses Israelites learnt the word of God, but they did not walk accordingly so they became slaves. You walk truthfully according to the word of God then you will see the bondage is being lifted. Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.(Ps 14:7).

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness. – Jeremiah 31:23
