President Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed stated that the death of Osama Bin Laden, leader of al-Qaeda, could help stop terrorist group, al-Shabaab. "The slain al-Qaeda leader was responsible for the battle which is right now going on."
Pray for an immediate end to al-Shabaab and for the restoration of order and peace in Somalia.
Ask the Lord to protect Christians as they face intense persecution.
Pray for the tearing down of strongholds of this nation.
Invite God's Kingdom to come to Somalia and bring forth a tremendous harvest of souls. (Psalm 91:9-12)
