Although Uzbekistan completed a two-year initiative begun in 2008 to combat human trafficking, women and children sold for labor and sexual exploitation has still increased during that time. Many Uzbek victims are forced to work in cotton fields in Uzbekistan and others are sexually exploited both in Uzbekistan and in surrounding countries.
Ask the Lord to arise and defeat this debase, immoral, and perverted industry in Uzbekistan.
Pray for the Lord to change the nation of Uzbekistan to be a nation of freedom for all its citizens.
Ask God to crush the corruption of human trafficking in this nation. Pray that every person entrapped in the modern-day slave trade will be freed both physically and spiritually.
Ask for a great harvest of souls in Uzbekistan to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 42:6-8)
