“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” - 1 Peter 5:7.
One of the foremost temptations of the believers is “WORRY’. Worries will never change your problems. “Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?” (Mathew 6:27). What is worry? When you forget God and concentrate on one particular thing, it starts worrying you. When you need help and nobody comes out and helps you. You completely forget that God will come to help you. Worry is opposite of faith. Jesus gives a good example for this. “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?” Mathew 6:26. “And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?” (Mathew 6:28-30).
Jesus Christ is explaining here how he feeds the birds, grows the flowers and how he clothes the grass. He is more concerned of you than the birds, flowers and grass. You are under the impression that God does not understand your problems, but, He is very anxious to remove the problems from you. God says people of little faith, about those who worry. “If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?”(Luke 12:28). Believers should not worry at all at any time about anything. Only those who do not know God, will worry. When you doubt God, then you will start worrying about everything. “And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.”(Luke 12:29-30). God knows all your present needs. As you are having doubt you are worrying about it and asking who will help you. Worldly people never know who will help them, but God’s children always know that God is at hand. Be with God and He will take care of you.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” - Philippians 4:6
