Give Thanks

'Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.'

If we can’t be thankful for the things that this passage tells us about, then what can we be thankful for?
Do you believe that God is good?

Do you believe that God’s love endures forever?
*Give thanks?*
Do you believe that God is faithful?
*Give thanks!*
Do you believe that God sent His only begotten Son to this earth so that we could have redeeming grace?
*Give thanks!*
Have you accepted that redeeming grace as your own?
*Give thanks!*
I find only one thing that I believe that we, as the Body of Christ, can do. We are to give thanks! We are to give praise! We are to give God the glory for the great things that He has done. *Don’t just give thanks on the one day a year that our church has set aside as Thanksgiving day. Give thanks every minute of every day of your life!*
