Psalms 55 : 22
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
The best way to ease yourself is to place the burden upon God; he will take it up and also carry thee. When you place your burden upon God he will not only carry that, but will also carry you too. if we are righteous in the eyes of god he will protect us and comfort us And in all the trials and temptations he will sustain us Amen !!!
