If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God

If any man speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. - 1 Peter 4:11

The word of God says, if anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. Here God is mentioning the words that come out from your mouth. Whenever you are speaking what the Bible says, then you are speaking the very words of God. Most of the time only the words you speak is the obstacles for your blessings from God. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.(Eph 4:29) Here corrupt communication denotes polluting language, worthless talks, bad language and unwholesome words. As apostle Paul says here, your words must be blessings to the others. Bible says when Mary blessed Elisabeth, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leapt in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost. Through talking spiritual and good words, your words are fitting to their need and the occasion. Sometimes they are in sorrow and they are weak in their spiritual life, through the words you speak they will renew the weak spirit. When Jesus Christ speaks the word of God people will receive His grace. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son? (Luke 4:22) Before you speak check yourself whether the words from your mouth will be accepted by God.

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.(James 4:11) You must be careful on speaking about others. Satan always leads you to find evil among the people against you and the brothers who are not having fellowship with you. These days when ever believers gathered together for prayers and for some other occasion they start speaking evil about each other. Dear beloved, even if you have prayed hard for longtime and involved in spiritual activities for long time, but if you speak evil of your brother or others you will lose all your blessings. Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. (Mat 7:1-2) Even though when people speak against you and lie against you, you must be careful in speaking about them. Don’t speak evil against them, but pray for them. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.(Mat 5:11) But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;(Mat 5:44) You are responsible for what you speak. You must give account about it. But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.(Mat 12:36)
