The world's attention was on Iran in October when the case of a Christian pastor falsely accused of several crimes and sentenced to death was publicized by the media. The government of Iran was also implicated in a plot to assassinate a Saudi Arabian ambassador.
Pray for the release of the imprisoned pastor.
Ask the Lord to comfort his family and friends.
Praise the Lord for the assassination plot being exposed and defeated.
Pray for these events to cause the people of Iran to question the actions of the government.
Pray for the salvation of leaders such as President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Ask the Lord to strengthen His Church in Iran.
Pray for Christians to be strong and courageous in the Lord.
Petition the Lord for a great harvest of souls in Iran. (Joshua 1:7)
