God is never the reason for the problems and the struggles in our life

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. - Hosea 4:6.

God says that His people are destroyed. What is the reason for the people of God to be destroyed? It is not because He doesn’t love them, support them or protect them. They are being destroyed, because of their lack of knowledge says God. “Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.” (Isaiah 5:13). When he says my people, He means us. He means the people who have been washed by His blood. If it is so, why does He say that they are being destroyed by the lack of knowledge? Which knowledge does He mean? This knowledge is found in God’s word. He talks about how we can get victory over our situations and our problems, how to walk in faith, how to get answers to our prayers, how to defeat sin and live a holy life, how to fight against Satan and to understand and have knowledge and many other such things. We can get all the leaning and understanding from God’s word. Even believers are not aware of this glorious great thing that is found in God’s word. When they face problems in life, they go to people instead of searching God’s word. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” - Psalms 119:105. “Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.” (Psalms 119:9).

God is never the reason for the problems and the struggles in our life. God has already prepared of everything you need, wee in advance. It is we who have to go in search of it and possess it. “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9). “Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!” (Psalms 31:19). Do you know what God has prepared for you, way ahead? If you don’t know we need God’s wisdom to receive these. God’s word gives us this wisdom. Satan tries his best to block you from getting this wisdom. He will give you some work and doesn’t allow you to read the Bible. If people who instruct you with God’s word have bad habits which you don’t like, he will stop you from listening to their Biblical advice. He will involve you to get into worldly knowledge more than God’s word and block you from learning God’s word. Because you didn’t have importance to God’s word, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you rejected knowledge, I will also reject you from being present for Me, because you have forgotten the law of your God, I will forget your children – says the Lord. From today onwards read God’s word. Share the wisdom of God, which He reveals to you with the others.
