BHUTAN, SOUTH ASIA

Prime Minister Jigme Thinley recently called for a collaboration among nations in South Asia to more effectively fight the "menace of terrorism." He also announced that he will host a conference in August 2011 on ways to "enhance cooperation against the threat of terrorism."

Pray for this awareness of the problem to be turned into actions that will bring an end to terrorism in Bhutan and throughout South Asia.

Pray for this Buddhist nation to open up to the Gospel.

Ask the Lord to strengthen Christians in Bhutan and use them to declare His only Son, Jesus Christ.

Petition the Lord for a great harvest of souls in Bhutan as the Kingdom of God comes with great power.
(John 4:35)
