He is my defender, and I shall never be defeated.
You may be in the situation saying I am not able to face the temptation and trials that I am passing through. Here after don’t get discourage. Rejoice in your trials because your faith succeeds in facing such trials, the result is the ability to endure. Whatever the trails you may passing through now, within each trial is hidden something good, don’t forget this. Trials will come to our life, it is good. In the midst of your trial don’t get discourage, think about the ways to overcome them and to cross them and move forward. Know the truth, behind each trials is hidden some blessings or the other.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.(1Cor 10:13) In the midst of your trials first you must know every test that you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. So many times you say for me only these kinds of trials come. I am facing temptation in all things. No one in the world having such problems and trials I am having. Dear beloved, other Children of God facing similar things that you are facing now. There is nothing unique about your experience.
And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.(Heb 11:16-38). Here we are reading the temptations and trails that saints gone through. They passed through the temptations and trials that assigned for them. We are also passing through the same problems that they passed through. We never get to experience more difficult problems that the ones that they have gone through.
So dear beloved, when you meet trials and problems in your life don’t get fear about it and remember these all the trails our forefathers the children of God come across. In the same way that they were able to overcome their trials, I too shall overcome with this determination rejoice in your trials and move forward. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: (1Pet 1:7)
The second thing you must know in your trials is God will not allow you to be tested beyond your power. In heard many people say like this, I suffer like Job, I can’t able to bear my problems. Job was a very rich man. He lost all his wealth in a day. He lost his children and everything on the same day. Are you facing the similar problem? Compare your trials with those experienced by Job. In comparison your trials will be seen something very small.
God knows the size of the trials that Job can able to endure. In that measure of trials Job passed through. In the same way God know how much trials you endure. So he will now all the trials more than the measure you endure. The problems you are facing through your wife, through your husband, through your children, through your relatives all are the trials not beyond your power. The trials you are facing in your job, business and family are the trials not beyond your power. So endure the situation you are facing and move forward. The word of God says that God will give you the strength to endure it.(1cor 10:13) Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.(Rev 3:10).
When you are passing through the trials Lord never leave you. The word of God says, God will provide you with a way to come out of your trials. However big may be your trials, the Lord himself will provide you with a way out. The Lord who delivered Joseph from the prison, the Lord who escape Daniel out of Lion’s den, the Lord who bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the fire will open you the way in the midst of your trails and deliver you. Jesus Christ will surely help you in your trials. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.(Heb 2:18)
Dear beloved, as the promise of God for this month accept the trails with joy. Every test that you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. God will not allow you to be tested beyond your power. God will give you the strength to endure it. God will provide you with a way to come out of your trials. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
